Indoor senior sessions involve an hour of warm-ups and training drills and then an hour of 6-aside games using a full-size court (18m x 9 m) and full height (2.43m) net.
Warm-ups and training can be adapted but will require a good levels of upper body strength to hit the ball, good hand-eye coordination, and enough mobility to move around the court.
Junior sessions involve 30 mins of lower impact warm-ups and training drill, a smaller court and lower net and softer volleyballs, followed by 30 mins of gameplay.
Outdoor sessions are held on grass.
